Dinner with chotto

chotto is returning to Supernormal Canteen on Wednesday 21st August, this time with a menu inspired by Japanese food through the ages. 

Served as a tasting menu across seven dishes, the food is a modern riff on traditional Japanese favourites - including chotto’s take on takoyaki (as a smoked eel donut) and gyoza.

Being a mid-winter feast, there’ll be a short rib sukiyaki, chotto’s signature binchotan-grilled fish, and two desserts. Plus matching sake from Deja Vu sake.
